Our Gallery

Safai Coffee makes a trip down to Honduras at least once a year. During our visits, we have become increasingly close with the entire coffee growing community. These pictures barely capture the love and the connection we have with the farmers, producers, agents, traders, processors, roasters and everyone else who helps to make a single cup of coffee.

After dropping off our donations, we discuss what the future needs of the clinic are. Currently they have been experiencing rolling black outs and they have no generator to serve their patients.

With a donation to help replant Mario’s coffee farm, his trees are now producing fruit!
On a visit to Justina’s farm, her son explains why the bad weather forced them to pull their coffee cherries early and miss out on higher price yields.
As beautify as this looks, all of these cherries should be a bright, deep red. Because of the climate changes, these cherries were pulled early to allow the trees to rest before the next growing season.t
